Thank you for your purchase. we hope you are happy with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within (14) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@porenany.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. after receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and RMA number, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. we strangely recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. 
• Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@porenany.com.
